| OVERVIEW |
| I am a veteran of the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1987. I hold an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics degree and have obtained many other semester hours of business related college courses. I was employed by the Los Alamos National Laboratory as a computer network designer and technician, and left Los Alamos in 1993 to pursue a real estate career. |
| Since starting my real estate career, I have sold hundreds of properties. I have both listed and sold properties ranging in price from a $4,000 mining claim to a $1,975,000 ranch property and everything in between.
