REALTOR® Family Designation and Certification Programs

The ABR designation is described by the National Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council as: "The benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council awards this coveted designation to real estate practitioners who meet specified educational and practical experience criteria."

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is described by the Council of Residential Specialists as: "The highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education."

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) achievement is a Nationally Recognized Designation for Real Estate Professionals. This signifies that I have taken required course work to help me understand the needs and issues of seniors, some of which include tax implications, trusts, investment property and income property. Less than 1% of Realtors in the U.S. hold the SRES designation!
